Meet Ruweyda and Crystal!
Precipitate excitedly welcomes two new faces to the team, interns Ruweyda Mohamed and Crystal Jehly!
Both architecture students at the University of Minnesota, Ruweyda and Crystal hope to change the built environment by promoting sustainable and equitable design.
Ruweyda is a junior seeking a Bachelors of Design in Architecture with a minor in Interior Environments. Apart from studying, she enjoys traveling, photography, catching sunsets, and painting. Now in her final semester as a student, she is planning to enter a Masters in Architecture program, become a licensed architect, and practice in a residential firm focused on sustainable design.
Crystal is a senior working toward a Bachelors of Design in Architecture and a minor in Japanese. She is passionate about sustainable and regenerative design, and hopes to become LEED and Passive House certified and eventually start her own practice, with a focus on regenerative design and biophilia. In her free time she loves to play rugby with the university and train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and her hobbies include painting and learning guitar.
Crystal and Ruweyda come to us with a thirst for knowledge and experience. We’re excited to help them develop their skills— and in the meantime, we can’t wait to see what fresh new insights they bring to Precipitate!
