In collaboration with Oertel Architects, Precipitate served as the B3 coordinator for the MNDoT Clearwater Truck Station. The project is following B3 Sustainable Building Program, a robust set of guidelines developed by the Center for Sustainable Building Research.

 

Precipitate supported the team through workshops on sustainable design, integrative process, and B3, conducting preliminary research on the site, and coordinating submission to the B3 tracking tool.

Notably, this project is meeting its SB2030 energy targets without the purchase of Renewable Energy Credits.
